These Advanced Group Lessons for members only begin on Monday, May 11, 2026. Lessons will continue on each Monday over a 6-week period. The cost for this group of Adult Lessons will be $75 for Capilano Tennis Club members only. Enrollment will be capped at 8 participants.

Overview:

An intensive, performance-focused program for experienced players ready to convert strong fundamentals into match-winning patterns. Training blends high-rep technical work, live-ball pressure drills, tactical decision-making, and competitive simulation to deliver measurable gains in singles and doubles play.

Prerequisites:

• Intended for advanced players (e.g., NTRP >=4.0–5.0 or equivalent).
• Consistent rallying under pace; comfortable with topspin/slice, directional control, and basic patterns.
• Physically prepared for high-intensity movement and point play.
