Adult Group Lessons
Level 2 (Intermediate) – Monday Evenings

These Intermediate Group Lessons for members only begin on Monday, July 6, 2026. Lessons will continue on each Monday over a 6-week period. The cost for this group of Adult Lessons will be $75 for Capilano Tennis Club members only. Enrollment will be capped at 8 participants.

These lessons are designed for people who have some previous tennis experience and are able to rally somewhat consistently. They will review technique for each of the primary strokes (forehand and backhand groundstroke, volley, serve and overhead smash), but will focus mainly on rallying situations, point construction, and general tactics.
