Adult Group Lessons
Level 1 (Novice) – Monday Evenings

These Novice Group Lessons begin on Monday, May 12, 2025. Lessons will continue on each Monday over a 6-week period. The cost for this group of Adult Lessons will be $90 for non-members and $75 for Capilano Tennis Club members. Enrollment will be capped at 8 participants.

These Level 1 lessons are designed for people who have limited tennis experience and will focus on the basics of singles and doubles play and on the fundamental technical tennis skills: grip, setup, impact point, hitting zone and recovery.
