TENNIS + MULTI-SPORT CAMP – AUGUST
Ages 8-14
August 10-14, 2026
Monday-Friday
1:00 pm – 4:00 pm Each Day

This Tennis + Multi-Sport Development Program will consist of 5 x 3-hour sessions for one complete week. There will be a maximum of 16 participants. Should there be a rain day during the course of the camp, arrangements will be made for makeup play the following week.

Daily Schedule (1:00–4:00 PM)

1:00–1:15 Arrival + dynamic warm-up

1:15–2:15 Tennis block (Core Program)

2:15–2:25 Hydration + snack break

2:25–3:25 Multi-sport rotations (2 sports/day)

3:25-3:55 Tennis Block (Core Program) II

3:55–4:00 Wrap-up + dismissal

Mandate: Our program is committed to all-around sport development and wellness by using tennis as the foundation while building broader athletic skills, confidence, teamwork, healthy habits, and a love of movement that help children grow across many sports and physical activities. Being a tennis player is not a requirement, and racquets can be supplied for children who would like to try tennis.
